Mindfulness Meditation

Mindufulness meditation brings awareness to the present moment.  Meditation is the easiest and most challenging gift you can give yourself.  By quieting the mind and focusing on the breath you begin to tune into yourself and become increasingly centered.
 
This practice is cultivated over time not only in the silence of your daily practice, but also as you go about your day to day living.  Being truly present in the here and now without judgement or want or other is furthering your mindfulness practice.

By learning this simple yet complex practice you will be able to: reduce stress, increase clarity and focus, calm the nervous system, and slow down racing thoughts.  
                                   
Classes are offered daily, weekly or monthly in a group setting and last 30 or 45 minutes.
